Hi everyone, this is my first post as a newcomer to this amazing community of practice and I just wanted to say 'Hi".

I have been introduced to Paxtial Arts through Tony Perez here in Brisbane, Australia whom I've had the honour of training with in American Kenpo for over 7 years or so. Previous to this I have had extensive involvement with Shotokan Karate in the U.K. Latvia and Russia.

I look forward to engaging with you in our forum discussions and hope I can make a valuable contribution to this amazing group.
